Alice Nealie Dance Junior Company (ANDance) is a pre-professional dance company. Established in 2011, the company has been a self-esteem building, confidence strengthening entity since its genesis. It equips young dancers, ages 7-18 years old, with a performance-based dance company experience.
ANDance Jr. Company cultivates and prepares young dancers for career paths in dance. To date, the company has danced under the direction of many greats, including:

Their performances range from the Cinderella Production alongside Misty Copeland and Calvin Royal; the All-State® Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, LA; Madame Tussaud’s in Los Angeles, CA; All-America City Awards in Denver, CO; Society for the Performing Arts; US Representative Sheila Jackson Lee; the NAACP; Missouri City Mayoral Address, City of Houston Councilmember Larry Green-District K, a multitude of gospel stage plays and many more local, city-wide, and state performances.
The Company members expand their dance education by becoming disciplined, developing artistry, improving technique, and performing regularly. With full development of these components, company members are equipped to enter the world of professional dance and thrive.
